STYLIST

For an important Fashion & Luxury firm, based in Milan (MI), we are looking for n°1 Stylist.
The candidate will be involved in the following activities.
Ensures every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long-term relationships; Consistently captures client data and takes notes of all qualitative information; Offers excellent customer service and improve individual business performance; He/She is aware of store and individual sales and KPIS targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them; Actively completes trainings and participates in all commercial activities set by the Manager; Ensures impeccable store environment and grooming at any time of the day; Proactively informs the Manager of any structural repair needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment at all time; Implements all guidelines related to the store and participates in inventories; Supports after sales clients and follows up to ensure impeccable after sales service.
Location.
Via della Spiga, Milan (MI); Entry date.
Until April; Working hours.
Part time, 20 hours distributed over the weekend; Compensation package.
Ccnl commercio, 4° livello.
The ideal profile should have.
At least 1/2 years of previous experience as Stylist; Fluency in Italian and English are mandatory; Precision and reliability and predisposition for teamworking will be also evaluates as a plus; Ability to communicate effectively, with a commercial mindset.
