Your Role.
We are looking forward to welcoming you as a Receptionist (m/f/d) at our global headquarters in Darmstadt.
In this role, you will handle administrative and coordination tasks while being the first point of contact for our customers and guests.
With your open, helpful, and confident manner, you will ensure smooth operations.
This position is a temporary 18-month role as a maternity leave replacement.
Your Responsibilities.
You will be responsible for the professional handling of reception area operations You will coordinate our conference rooms for events as well as internal and external meetings, working closely with our service team.
By doing so, you will ensure optimal use of the facilities You enjoy welcoming our national and international guests You will answer incoming calls and forward them as necessary and distribute incoming and outgoing mail You will handle organizational and administrative tasks for the organization conscientiously and independently   Your Profile.
You have successfully completed your commercial training and have some initial experience in reception You are customer- and service-oriented, and you know how to interact with a wide variety of guests You are friendly, helpful, and confident, enjoy working in a team, and have strong organizational skills You are comfortable working with MS Office and can quickly adapt to new applications You are flexible with your schedule to help cover reception hours with your colleagues You are fluent in both German and English   Your Benefits Culture.
