This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the success of Brooks Brothers by supporting the efficient planning and management of our production.

What you’ll do.
Design, plan and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with targets, timelines and quality standards.
Support the coordination of supply chain activities, including purchasing, production, distribution, and warehouse flows.
Maintain clear, collaborative communication with suppliers to address daily production challenges.
Prepare and contribute to production reports on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.
Collaborate with other departments - such as logistics and product development - to streamline the production process.
What we’re looking for.
Approx.
2-3 years of experience in production planning within the fashion industry.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Flexible and proactive approach.
Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to contribute to a growing team.
Clear and effective communication skills in both Italian and English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
