You will accompany Customer Care Management (CCM) on its way to international customer orientation in a digital world. We need you to support people in their ability to work, motivation and satisfaction. Your role As a disciplinary manager alongside the functional managers, you will empower and develop employees to take responsibility and organize themselves. During the change process, you will support them in growing into their new roles by clearly defining responsibilities and communicating closely and transparently. Disciplinary management (salary, promotion, leave of absence, evaluation, etc.), including administrative activities and consideration of the labor law framework, is also part of your tasks. Your contribution You will play an important role in shaping the future international Customer Care matrix structure and making it successful. Your environment CCM is on its way to becoming an international line organization. You will work in an international environment with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland. Your disciplinary responsibility will focus on local employees. Your experience You have experience in employee management and have the relevant leadership skills with tools and methods such as feedback and development meetings. You are proficient in standardizing HR-related processes as a link between the HR function and international customer care management. Your skills You have at least B2 level English and C1 level German and very good people management skills. In addition, you have coaching and learning facilitation skills as well as a performance-oriented attitude towards personnel development. Communication, complexity reduction, fluid/ iterative and transparent management round off your profile. Your soft skills You are experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful and changing environment. You are also enthusiastic and can deal with conflict in a positive and constructive way. And: You want to be part of an open, tolerant and colorful corporate culture and to make your own contribution to it
