The MedTech Supply Chain Competitive Intelligence Leader will play a pivotal role in driving Johnson & Johnson’s competitive edge within the MedTech supply chain landscape.
By leading initiatives to assess and benchmark supply chain performance against industry standards and best practices, this role will provide the data-driven insights needed to propel organizational excellence and innovation.
In this role, you will collaborate across Business Units (BUs) and regions, guiding strategic planning and decision-making to align supply chain operations with MedTech’s broader objectives.
Your expertise in supply chain management and competitive intelligence will help uncover strengths and identify opportunities for improvement, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
While there is a strong preference for the candidate to be located in New Jersey, we are open to considering talent from other MedTech locations Key Responsibilities.
Oversee the collection, benchmarking, and analysis of MedTech supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Deliver customized competitive intelligence briefings tailored to the needs of BUs and regional teams.
Leverage benchmarking data and performance insights to guide strategic decision-making and align initiatives with MedTech’s objectives.
Translate complex data sets into actionable insights to drive informed decisions across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement strategies that enhance supply chain performance.
Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree (e.
., MBA) is preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Operations/Supply Chain, Business and Strategic Planning with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and metrics related to operational performance.
Technical expertise across supply chain functions, demonstrating the ability to see linkages from demand planning through delivery.
Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Excellent relationship-building abilities with key internal and external partners.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
