OUR TEAM You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.
The Legal Affairs Directorate is coordinated by Dr.
Antonella Fontana, who has extensive experience in Legal Affairs.
Your main responsibilities will be:%26middot;Examination and study of issues regarding civil law, criminal law and administrative law;%26middot;National and international contracts;%26middot;Legal opinions;%26middot;Pre-litigation activities, such as letters of formal notice and cease and desist letters;%26middot;Active and passive claims management;%26middot;Applied study, case-law research and in-depth study on regulations of interest for IIT;%26middot;Preparing and storage of legal dossiers;%26middot;Negotiation and drafting of constitutive statutes of new legal entities;%26middot;Management of special powers of attorney regarding the powers of signature.
