Your mission Hello and Welcome to Sungrow! We are excited to welcome you to our newest opportunity in Italy! What does a Finance Business Partner do here at Sungrow? Well, let’s dive right in: Left and right hand of the finance manager, member of the regional finance team, and implement the group, regional, and BU strategy. Collaborates with external agencies in preparation of financial statements and tax filing, and other areas of the Finance function to ensure reliable, timely, and correct supply of information. Assist in set-up of information systems and functioning of the BU planning & control processes, administrative organization, and internal controls. Expert at understanding the operations of the BU and responsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights to contribute to the decision-making by the BU operations. Assist in tax compliance and planning. Your profile All good, that sounded great right? Now let’s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in auditing firms or multiple finance positions in an industrial/manufacturing environment with a multinational corporation. Solid foundation in accounting. Fluent in English, both verbal and written; Mandarin is a plus. Basic knowledge in SAP and other ERP business applications. Business acumen, analytical skills, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills. Team player with good interpersonal skills, able to build networks within the organization and manage changes.
