EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF REQUIRED FOR WINDSTAR CRUISES

The candidate willu00a0assistu00a0the Executive Chef inu00a0directing and supervisingu00a0the preparation of and service for all food on board in accordance with the established company's menu and recipes.
In theu00a0absence of the Executive Chef, is responsible for theu00a0overall operation of the kitchen.
They will be responsible foru00a0quality, quantity, attractiveness and correctnessu00a0of all food items served as per company's standards andu00a0manage minimum wasteu00a0by preparing the food in small quantities.
The candidate will also have tou00a0prepare work schedulesu00a0of all employees in his kitchen organisation for approval by the Executive Chef.
The candidate must have advanced culinary skills and leadership experience and have au00a0minimum of seven yearsu experience working in quality hotels and restaurants.
Seafarersu00a0Medical / STCWu00a0will be required.
Rotation isu00a04 months on,u00a02 months off.
Salary paid inu00a0US Dollars,u00a0whilst on board.
