Carrying out configuration and administration of Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service Moderation and active participation in defining or identifying the configuration elements according to the established criteria Ensuring the consistency of data and information in the configuration management system as well as in the development tools used Sounds exciting? At least 3 years of hands-on experience with similar Microsoft Dynamics module Fluent German Knowledge of one or more of the following subject areas.
