In NIKE Retail stores, we use special names for job positions: store managers are called "Head Coach," their assistants "Assistant Head Coach," department heads "Coach," team leaders "Lead," and sales associates "Athlete." To be a Coach, you should enjoy: Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to provide a top-quality brand experience to our customers Leading, training, and motivating your department's employees and ensuring an excellent work atmosphere Managing the daily operations of your department to achieve sales goals (including digital services, visual merchandising, sales area) Identifying and improving areas based on customer feedback Acting as brand ambassadors for NIKE for initiatives including team training Ensuring the store meets all NIKE standards and guidelines Collaborating with business partners across different stores and headquarters In particular, our store structure includes three Coach roles, as outlined below: COMMERCIAL Leading a team capable of providing efficient product reception and inventory accuracy in line with visual presentation standards Ensuring the smoothness of inventory processes by maintaining constant replenishment of the sales area, in addition to its presentation, and meeting brand standards Working with department Leads who will supervise individual components (product reception and visual presentation), being responsible for the product journey in the store Being responsible for monthly launch initiatives Using reporting tools to make the best business decisions Achieving accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders ATHLETE EXPERIENCE* Ensuring the team can provide athletes* with the highest quality experience Leading team engagement in NIKE Community Ambassador activities In collaboration with store management, overseeing hiring processes, including onboarding Being responsible for store scheduling Collaborating with the store team to promote and maintain a positive NIKE culture CONSUMER EXPERIENCE Leading by example, providing assistance within the sales area, shaping the customer journey Providing resources to the team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge regarding any aspect of customer service, including digital service opportunities Completing specific training and sharing its completion with individual support services with athletes Using data and analytical tools to provide insights and create partnerships for continuous improvement alongside store management What you get: Competitive salary that evolves based on the market and experience Opportunities for monthly bonuses Valuable employee discounts for online and in-store use Benefit packages Exciting development and career opportunities Continuous training in leadership, sales, and products A dynamic and motivational environment that positively values diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) Staff clothing designed to represent NIKE and promote our team spirit Access to sports activities Opportunities to participate in unique NIKE moments Your contribution: Passion for NIKE and/or sports More than 2 years of experience in retail and/or leadership positions Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) Experience and competence in providing exceptional customer service Ability to lead and develop a strong team Strong communication focus Flexibility to work shifts and weekends We have sparked your interest?
