From our Munich office: Manage the needs and the evolution of a portfolio of existing DiliTrust clients in the DACH region, ensuring success, retention, and growth (Account Manager role). Basically, this implies: Establishing and nurturing strong executive sponsorship. Managing the relationships with a portfolio of clients: senior executives within multinationals as well as mid-sized companies. You will do business with legal departments, CEOs, board members, and management teams. Monitoring business & usage KPIs, training needs, and client suggestions. Managing requests for changes, up/down selling, and incident escalation. Creating an excellent first-time user experience leading the onboarding of new customers, training them, and providing support to the change management that facilitates the adoption of DiliTrust (Project Manager role). Spearheading, creating, and driving a full project implementation plan for each customer you onboard. Profile required: This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as displaying executive presence and confidence in varying levels of customer situations. You'll need to be very adaptable, as you'll be handling a wide range of assignments. You'll be the first Customer Success Representative in our German office! Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Management position, roles related to customer engagement, delivery management, and/or project management in a SaaS area. Bachelor’s degree at least. Bilingual in German and fluent in English. A third language, like French , is a big plus! Our process: Everything moves fast at DiliTrust!
