In this role you will be part of the customer care team where the main goal is to offer excellent support to our customers. For this recruitment we are specifically looking to recruit a candidate within categoria protetta (L. 68/99) to EasyPark Italy. The Role We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who always puts the customer first and has a feeling for providing a professional Customer Experience. You will be part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment where your responsibility lies in providing Italian customers with excellent support through high availability and flexibility. One of the key missions for a Customer Care Representative is to support the gathering of constructive insight about what our customers want and together with other functions within the EasyPark Group, propose product and process improvement to reduce the need for customers to contact us. You will initially contribute & make an impact through: Answering incoming requests via phone and emails or any other channel used, from our Italian customer base (private and corporate) as well as from foreign customers (in English) who use the service in our country. Executing the strategies for the best customer experience and the of incoming requests, decided by the Customer Care Management Team Supporting customer insights collection by logging contacts according to the company policy in order to identify solutions to improve our customers' experience journey. About you You are an independent, thorough and social team player who likes working in an ever changing and dynamic environment. You are curious and like to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone and try out new things to develop and grow. Requirements We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following: Previous work experience within Customer Care and/or direct sales Written and oral fluency in Italian and English B2 Understanding the main Customer Care KPIs and willingness to continuous improvement Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Feel motivated by working with others towards common goals This role will be based at the EasyPark office in Rome, Italy.
