We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Early Year Talent Program.
This is a 6 months internship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity.
This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

What You Will Do.
Supporting your assigned tutor, you’ll follow the new projects on the following topics.
- Participate and assist in team projects and ad hoc duties assigned, like.
• Market survey on the gender pay gap and pay equity calculation.
• Market research on Sustainable Mobility Solution.
• Market research on attractive benefits for the new generations.
- Improvement and implementation of existing tools.
- Support the team Compensation & Benefits in day-to-day activities.
- Maintain and update files and databases.
- Assist in reporting and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in IT, HR, Economy or related field; - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams.
- Analytical thinking.
- Team-work and outstanding attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
- Lives near Vimercate.
