CMF Designer We are looking for a CMF Designer for a Curricular Internship to join our team. The Color and Material team is an emphatic, fun, distributed, collaborative and supportive work-team environment. Our primary goal is to research and design experiences through materials, colors and finishes which represent the state-of-the-art technology and market opportunities which perfectly fits our brands' DNA and customer lifestyle. We undertake a wide spectrum of activities, from design research and material scouting, through definition of C&M concepts and design thinking to display materials highlighting relevant themes in design: sustainability, environment, innovation. The main tasks are: To design thinking To create CMF concepts and CMF proposals, based on design trends, for innovation and production, from concept cars to new models and animation range, focused on a specific brand or a specific brief (purpose) To create graphic proposals for CMF To develop and produce key display materials highlighting relevant contemporary themes in design: sustainability, environment attention and material innovation To collaborate within the C&M team and other design disciplines and suppliers to execute projects in a global context Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Industrial Design, Architecture, or a Higher Design School in Product Design, Transportation Design, or Fashion Design Basic knowledge of the global state of automotive design concepts and merging car design trends 2D visualization software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator 3D software (light knowledge): Autodesk VRed, Blender, Adobe Substance 3D Presentation software: Adobe Powerpoint AI software (light knowledge): Stable Diffusion Basic knowledge in materials, manufacturing processes, colors and finishing technologies Creation of impacting moodboards Ability to work in a team in a proactive way with interior and exterior designers, suppliers and crafting specialists Good communication skills (visual, verbal and written), fluent both in English and Italian Plus: French Language About you: Curious, creative, and proactive Design and material design addicted Positive attitude and an ability to receive and provide objective feedback Self-motivated, collaborative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and synthetic skills Strong team spirit and mutual support Please send your portfolio to this email: ...; otherwise, your application cannot be considered.
