CLIENT ADVISOR - SETTORE BEAUTY

Adecco SpA, filiale di Firenze, è alla ricerca di figure di Client Advisor da inserire all'interno di una storica e lussuosa boutique. Come Client Advisor, con diretto riporto allo Store Manager, la figura che ricerchiamo dovrà: • Creare un'atmosfera accogliente per il cliente, offrendo assistenza per soddisfare ogni sua richiesta e garantendo un'esperienza eccezionale; • Favorire la fedeltà al marchio, trasmettendo la conoscenza sui prodotti, la loro storia e trasformando ogni visita del cliente in un'esperienza di shopping di lusso; • Favorire un supporto continuo sia ai colleghi che alla direzione; • Lavorare costantemente per rimanere aggiornati sui prodotti, i metodi di vendita, i servizi per i clienti e le linee guida e i protocolli dell'azienda; • Gestire eventuali richieste, problemi e resi dei clienti con professionalità ed efficacia; • Assicurarsi di raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi personali di vendita e contribuire al successo del negozio e alla crescita del business. Requisiti richiesti per la posizione: • Esperienza nel campo delle vendite, preferibilmente nel settore del lusso e della bellezza; • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali; • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, preferibile la conoscenza di una seconda lingua tra cinese, giapponese o coreano; • Capacità di lavorare secondo un orario flessibile in base alle esigenze aziendali, compresi weekend e festività. Orario di lavoro a scelta tra: - Part-Time verticale (32 ore), 4 giorni su 7; - Full Time (40 ore), 5 giorni su 7. E' richiesta disponibilità a lavorare dal lunedì alla domenica, con giorni liberi secondo turnazioni stabilite. Contratto diretto a Tempo Determinato o Tempo Indeterminato. RAL e livello di inquadramento saranno commisurati all'esperienza della figura valutata. Sono previsti buoni pasto da €7 e piano incentivi al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Esperienze lavorative: Addetto alla vendita (Utensili e prodotti per la cura del corpo) (m/f) - 24 mesi Titolo di studio: Diploma / Accademia Lingue conosciute: Cinese: Comprensione Buono Inglese: Comprensione Ottimo Competenze: Altro - Assistenza Clienti Vendita al Dettaglio, livello Ottimo Disponibilità oraria: Full Time, Part Time mattino, Part Time pomeriggio, Disponibilità fine settimana e festiva CCNL: Commercio
