La risorsa si occuperà di.
Accompagnare e guidare i clienti durante il percorso d’acquisto e garantire gli standard di eccellenza richiesti dall’azienda attraverso una profonda conoscenza dei prodotti, della storia e del patrimonio del marchio; Fornire consigli d’acquisto ai clienti dimostrando passione per la moda e i prodotti di lusso nonché una buona conoscenza dei trend e degli sviluppi del mercato del fashion; Curare la presentazione visiva dei prodotti in conformità con gli standard del marchio; Rispettare tutti gli standard e le linee guida richiesti dall’immagine del brand; Contribuire alla gestione quotidiana del negozio e del magazzino garantendone la cura e l’ordine; Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita garantendo il massimo livello di servizio ai clienti e l’eccellenza nella qualità della vendita; Lavorare in squadra e collaborare con i colleghi, promuovere una comunicazione aperta e costruttiva, per garantire un'esperienza eccezionale e coerente ai clienti e contribuire a creare un ambiente di lavoro positivo.
Orario di lavoro.
Full time dal lunedì alla domenica con riposi su turni; Luogo di lavoro.
Galleria (MI); Inquadramento.
Commisurato all’esperienza, ccnl commercio.
Inserimento.
Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi in somministrazione.
Il profilo ideale possiede.
Esperienza pregressa nella vendita assistita di almeno 2/3 anni; Fluente conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
La conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus; Capacità di raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi individuali e di team; Utilizzo delle principali funzioni di Microsoft Excel e dei sistemi POS.
