Associate, Technical Consulting Associate, Technical Consulting Apply locations: BRA-São Paulo-Av Cardoso de Me Time type: Full time Posted on: Posted Yesterday Job requisition id: R0091576 Role summary The Technical Consulting Specialist mission is to perform professional delivery as well as deliver value from our thoughtfully packaged services and products to better take on our customers' business challenges. The Technical Consultant has a key contribution in delivering the value of the whole firm to our customers by leading specialized consulting activities to deliver replicable and scalable packaged solutions to gain new business, win market share, and increase customer satisfaction. As part of the responsibilities of the role, designing, developing, testing, and implementing are required. It is responsible for the analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, installation, modification, and maintenance of properly designed information and transaction systems, which contain the software as the main component, to meet the agreed business needs. This position will be based in Sao Paulo working with the Customer Consulting Manager Brazil. Crucial Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Implement Electronic Trading Solutions projects, focusing on consultancy, workflow workshops, customer requirements gathering, workflow analysis, solutions integration, systems configuration, systems installation, training, and quality assurance. Drive implementation practices in Customer Consulting. Integrate applications and software modules according to the agreed specifications. Build and run unit tests and integration tests ensuring that the software meets the requirements. Assume medium and small implementation and development projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, with high levels of quality and in line with customer expectations. Provide functional and/or technical training to customers based on the scope to be delivered. Create, review, and maintain all the user documentation and manuals related to the developed software. Help with improvements and problem solving, allowing continuous improvement in the workflow of the implementation, support, and development areas. Develop customer relations at appropriate levels to become a trusted business advisor. Develop into Domain Guide in customer business workflows and related solutions packages and products, providing Treasury domain expertise to our customers relative to solution propositions. Inputs into technical proposals taking a leading role in one or more of the related typical key activities, such as: customer requirements gathering and analysis, design of solutions architectures, high-level project plan and estimation of customer consultant effort required for implementation. Promote, follow, or evolve the standard methodologies of implementation and development. Conduct knowledge exchange sessions with colleagues about the experience acquired in the solution projects as well as identify areas of opportunity and implement improvements related to the development and implementation of solutions. Be proactive in the search for learning new technologies, products, and development APIs that impact the business model of the region and the Company. Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise: Solid Linux knowledge. Advanced English proficiency. Must be a proactive self-starter and possess the ability to solve problems and address issues with creativity and innovation. High-level understanding of integration across various platforms & software. Experience in Electronic Trading platforms (or equivalent) is a plus. Spanish speaker is a plus. Exposure with other Refinitiv products like Deal-Tracker Suite, RTN or external systems like Calypso is a plus. Global Risk Trade Processing, Murex, (or equivalent) is a plus.
