ASSOCIATE CLAIMS ADVISOR - PROPERTY & LIABILITY

Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Claims Advisory Team as an Associate Claims Advisor based in Milan. What can you expect? A company with a strong brand and strong results to match; Opportunities to work on international deals; Attractive benefits coverage, outstanding learning programs, mentoring opportunities, and interaction with counterparts in industry groups and client organizations; We will count on you to: Liase with Clients, Insurers, Client Executives, Loss Adjusters for specific claim-related issues; Review and understand incoming documentation and new claims notifications; Determine coverage for incoming claims, through use of knowledge of the policies as well as communicating with Insurers to help Clients manage their incoming claims and ensure that claim management processes adhere to established standards; Prepare for and attend client meetings, including annual or quarterly claims review meetings. What you need to have: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree; +3 years’ experience as a claims advisor, especially for Property and Liability Claims; Be results-oriented with a strong client service focus; Fluent in written and spoken Italian & English; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks; Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
