Job Description MARKETING MANAGER - Pest Division Role description.
Reporting to Italy Business Unit Director, the Marketing Manager, is responsible for both development and deployment of Divisional Marketing strategy and activities with full ownership of Country Divisional Category strategy and implementation in liaison with Group M&I Category.
This role is primarily focussed to develop and grow B2B Customer Portfolio through digital customer engagement and upselling of Rentokil product & services with our customer base, with an increased and improved customer experience.
Launch products and services by multichannel approach with a thorough detailed ongoing analysis and strategy by segment/industry and developing targeted campaigns via online and offline channels.
Marketing Manager leads the marketing Team and provides inputs to many business processes in the form of sector & competitor insights, customer satisfaction survey (NPS) & market needs all directed to increase and continuously improve Customer Satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities.
Develop and Deployment of all Divisional Marketing initiatives across the business including commercial aspects, customer interactions and digitalisation, targeting, pricing and margin and performance tracking.
Leading the Go To Market strategy for any Divisional products and services both via digital and physical channels.
The Challenge.
Analysis of different industries of our customer portfolio and create a standard value proposition for each of them.
Design and Agree with Sales Department offers and proposition that meet customer needs and to then work with the operating business units to agree and drive implementation of the defined sector offers in all markets.
Owns the NPS (Net Promoter Score) process and leads all the activities (cross functional) necessary to further improve and enhance customer satisfaction and experience that ultimately lead to higher retention level.
To ensure that Sales and Service colleagues receive the right level of information, training and support, providing them with business-leading training content.
The Marketing team is also the key facilitator of Best Practice across the business unit.
This is a challenging and pivotal role for the on-going development of the Divisional category in the Rentokil Group.
Track performance – Before launching any activities.
agree performance criteria and tracking method with stakeholders; measure and report on performance and share learning and successes stories for subsequent launches and campaigns.
Support the delivery of communications, and organising workshops and other forums to enhance the level of understanding and engagement of the relevant stakeholders.
Key Competencies & Skills.
Proven Experience of all aspects of the marketing mix, including segmentation, proposition development, customer insight and profiling.
Demonstrable, successful launch of integrated and multichannel communication campaigns.
Considerable cross-functional working and leadership of a dedicated team Big Data analysis and data driven approach.
Digital competencies.
ensure full deployment of all Divisional customer portals (MyRentokil, MyProduct, Myaudit, etc) and customers’ enrolment and adoption, drives high % of penetration and usage, supports launch and deployment of IoT product and services, drives strategies to increase web enquiries and lead generation in conjunction with Web Team.
Brand Ambassador.
ensures that Brand guidelines are respected and deployed and utilises communication channel strategy to strengthen.
Brand awareness and Brand presence through various PR and Web activities.
Marketing Services.
Asset creation and Agency management.
Strong commercial skills demonstrated in a B2B environment.
Strong marketing planning and implementation experience; ability to think strategically and acttactically at pace.
Project Management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.
Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting stretch goals.

Strong communicator who can operate and build relationships at all levels, gaining respect and credibility.
Ability to motivate cross-functional teams to deliver and influence senior decision makers to gain commitment.
Innovative and has the ability to identify new opportunities in a crowded competitive marketplace Experience 7-10 years business to business marketing experience in a Multinational context, coming from food, chemicals, pharma, engineering, environment or healthcare experience Degree in STEM areas as Economics, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biology, etc.
enriched by Marketing Post Graduate qualification.
